What we collect
Your email address, which you give us when you subscribe.
Your first name, if you choose to give it. It's optional.
Whether you opened an email and which links you clicked.
The basic technical details your browser sends when you visit this site, such as device type and rough location.
We use it to send you the weekly pick and to work out which deals readers actually want.
Who handles it
We use Beehiiv to send our email and to host this website. Your subscriber record lives with Beehiiv, and their terms apply alongside this page.
When you click through to a brand's website, you're on their site under their rules. We don't control what they collect there.
Beehiiv sets cookies so the site works and so we can see how many people read a page.
Affiliate links set a cookie in your browser so the brand knows the sale came from us and pays the commission. That cookie doesn't tell us who you are or what you bought.
What we don't do
We don't sell your email address, rent it, or pass it to another newsletter.
We don't hand your details to brands either. A brand can see that a sale came through our link. It doesn't get your name from us.
Leaving, and being deleted
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the list. No questions, no survey, no "are you sure."
If you want your record deleted rather than just unsubscribed, email [EMAIL] from the address you subscribed with. We'll delete it and write back to confirm.
Children
This newsletter is written for adults and isn't meant for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has subscribed, email [EMAIL] and we'll remove the record.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is a big one, we'll say so in an email rather than hoping you check.
